< Dr. Nelson Ferretti


He did his undergraduate studies at the Universidad Nacionaldel Sur (Bahía Blanca, Argentina), where he got the degree of Licentiate in Biological Sciences in 2008. The final graduate workentitled: “Intraspecific interactions on Grammostolaschulzei (Schmidt 1994) (Mygalomorphae, Theraphosidae)”. He has a Ph.D. in Natural Sciencesobtained at Facultad de Ciencias Naturales y Museo de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata (Buenos Aires, Argentina). His Ph.D. work entitled: “Historical biogeography and diversity of Mygalomorphae spiders of Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil: emphasis on the peripampasic arch”. He is researcher of CONICET (National Council for Technical and Scientific Research) since 2014.

He did his undergraduate studies at the Universidad Nacionaldel Sur (Bahía Blanca, Argentina), where he got the degree of Licentiate in Biological Sciences in 2009. The final graduate workentitled: “Fire and precipitation effects on an epigeal spider community on southern Caldenal”. He has a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences obtained at Universidad Nacionaldel Sur. His Ph.D. work entitled:“Diversity, density and structure of spiders (Araneae) in agroecosystems of Buenos Aires province and their role as possible control agents of pest insects”. He has a posdoctoralscolarshipfrom CONICET (National Council for Technical and Scientific Research) since 2015.

She did her undergraduate studies at the Universidad Nacionaldel Sur (Bahía Blanca, Argentina), where she got the degree of Licentiate in Biological Sciences in 2013. The final graduate work entitled: “Reproductive behavior of Grammostoladoeringi (Holmberg 1881) (Araneae: Theraphosidae) under laboratory and field”, oriented by Dr. Fernando Pérez-Miles and co-oriented by Dr. Adriana Ferrero. In 2013, she has started a Ph.D. at Universidad Nacional del Sur. The Ph.D. topic is: “Reproductive biology of migalomorph spiders (Araneae, Mygalomorphae): Patterns and mechanisms of sexual selection”. She has a Ph.D. scolarship from CONICET (National Council for Technical and Scientific Research) since 2013.

She has a Ph.D. scolarship from CONICET (National Council for Technical and Scientific Research) since 2014.
